You will need... * small gifts or sweets * empty toilet rolls* tissue or crêpe paper* glue* ribbon or tinsel* glitter glue* images cut from old Christmas cards. 1. Place your small gift (along with a joke written on a slip of paper if you like) in the toilet roll. This is the inside of your cracker. Measure out a square of tissue or crêpe paper wide enough to cover the roll with at least 15 centimetres spare at each end. Cover the toilet roll with the paper and glue it down. Cut lengths of ribbon or tinsel and tie them round the paper at each end of the roll, knot them, then tie in a bow.
